Request for Tender (RFT) for the Delivery of Support Services for Fáilte Isteach in Kilkenny
Introduction
Fáilte Isteach in Kilkenny, a community project that welcomes migrants and refugees by providing conversational English classes and integration support, is seeking to expand its services. KLP invites qualified agencies to submit tenders for delivering enhanced support services to Fáilte Isteach. This RFT outlines the scope of work, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria for this project.
Background
Fáilte Isteach has been instrumental in assisting migrants and refugees in Kilkenny by breaking down language barriers and fostering social inclusion. As the community of migrants and refugees grows, so does the need for additional support services to ensure that all participants can access the help they need to integrate successfully into Irish society.
Scope of Work
The successful tenderer will be required to deliver the following services:
Class Delivery: Provide qualified tutors to deliver in-person and/or virtual English classes that are interactive and culturally sensitive.
Resource Provision: Supply necessary learning materials and resources to support both tutors and participants.
Community Integration Activities: Organize activities and events that promote interaction between migrants, refugees, and the local community.
Reporting: Provide periodic reports to KLP on the outcomes of the services delivered.
