Kilkenny LEADER Partnership brings you three events at Savour Kilkenny this year.

Visit our stall at The Parade on Saturday and Sunday and meet the emerging food producers we’ve helped to get set up:

  • Wollof Bites – Founded by Betty Sinyan, a passionate cook born and raised in The Gambia, Wollof Bites brings you a Taste of Paradise through irresistible West African–inspired snacks. From fluffy homemade cakes to crispy spring rolls and mouthwatering chicken and beef bites, every treat is crafted with love, tradition, and bold flavor.
  • Arislav Bakery – Founded by Olena Timochenko from Ukraine,  AriSlava Bakery is a home-based artisan bakery specializing in elegant, custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, and special occasions. Known for combining beautiful design with exceptional flavor, AriSlava creates handcrafted cakes that turn celebrations into lasting memories.
  • Kufiya Sweets – Founded by Osama and Nemeh, Kufiya Sweets brings the rich culinary heritage of Palestine to your table. Their menu features authentic dishes bursting with flavor, delicious desserts and traditional drinks.

Waste Not, our food waste event at Savour Kilkenny this year takes place on Saturday at the Old KBC Bank , Rose Inn Street. The format is an interactive walk-through and some workshops. We will look at how we plan, shop, store, use, and re-use, from fermenting to composting and much more.

Afghan and Pakistani dishes at the International Pop-Up Cafe on Saturday, 25 October in the Home Rule Club from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. This is part of our Global Kitchen series of events – SOLD OUT.

Food is an integral part of all of our cultures. This is an opportunity for new community members in Kilkenny to highlight their cuisine and their culture – and for everyone to learn how to minimise waste.
