Request for Tender (RFT) for the Delivery of Support Services for Immigrant Services in Kilkenny
- Introduction
Kilkenny LEADER Partnership wishes to support services provided to Immigrants in Kilkenny. We invite qualified agencies to submit a tender for the delivery of these services. This RFT outlines the scope of work, requirements, and evaluation criteria. The goal is to empower migrants and refugees as they settle into the community and to support their integration and well-being.
Scope of Work
The successful tenderer will be required to deliver the following services:
Casework Support
- Provide personalized case management services to migrants and refugees.
- Assist clients with accessing housing, employment, education, and healthcare.
- Work closely with Immigrant Services staff to ensure seamless support.
Advocacy Services
- Develop and implement advocacy strategies that address the needs and rights of migrants and refugees.
- Engage with policymakers, community leaders, and stakeholders to influence positive change.
- Support the creation of advocacy materials and participate in public awareness campaigns.
Referral Services
- Enhance the referral network by collaborating with local service providers.
- Ensure clients are connected with essential services, including legal aid, mental health support, language education, and more.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of referral pathways.
Training and Capacity Building
- Provide training and professional development for Immigrant Services staff and volunteers.
- Focus on areas such as cultural competence, trauma-informed care, and service delivery best practices.
