Kilkenny Women’s Shed
Welcome to the Women’s Shed, a national movement designed to connect women of all ages and backgrounds. Our goal is to create a space where women can re-connect with themselves and the wider community while tackling social isolation. Similar to the Men’s Sheds, our Women’s Sheds provide an invaluable service for women by offering a safe and supportive environment where they can come together, socialize, and build lasting friendships.
We understand that life can be busy and overwhelming, and it can be challenging to find a place where you feel comfortable and accepted. That’s why we have created this community where women can share their stories, skills, and experiences with each other. Whether you’re looking to learn new skills, make new friends, or simply connect with like-minded women, the Women’s Shed is here for you.
We welcome women from all walks of life to join us in our mission to promote social connection, personal growth, and community engagement. We believe that everyone has something valuable to contribute to our community. So come on in, make yourself at home, and join us on this journey of self-discovery and community building.
