The KLP Ferrybank Community Oral History Project invites you to share your stories on April 13th at 11am to 1pm in Ferrybank Library.
Kilkenny is a county with rich culture and heritage. The culture and heritage of Kilkenny is the result of a vast number of influences and factors, some of them well known (hurling) and some less recognised. The challenge for development organisations and community groups is to identify the cultural assets so that they can be grown in a sustainable way while protecting the county’s precious heritage.
